Initial Consultation – $500 (60–90 minutes, depending on complexity)
This visit includes an in-depth review of your timeline, medical history, and prior records. It is primarily an information-gathering session where I begin to synthesize your clinical picture and identify patterns.
Most patients leave with preliminary next steps
Some will receive adjustments to an existing plan
A more comprehensive treatment protocol is often developed at the initial follow-up visit once all laboratory results are available
Follow-Up Visits – $300 (30–45 minutes)
Follow-ups are typically required every 6–8 weeks while undergoing active treatment (especially during antibiotic therapy) to ensure appropriate monitoring and adjustments.
Brief Check-In Visits – $125 (15 minutes)
Designed for focused concerns or quick updates between scheduled visits.
RN Triage (Virtual) – $100
For interim support, symptom updates, and guidance between provider visits.
Consultation-Only (Non-Patient Option)
Telehealth Consultation – $225/hour (prorated, 30-minute minimum)
For individuals seeking clinical insight without establishing ongoing care.
Ideal if you are working with another provider but would like additional perspective
Helpful if you are exploring a diagnosis and unsure of next steps

Hormone Optimization & Peptide Therapy
Initial Hormone Consultation – $300 (45 minutes)
Includes a comprehensive review of your history and intake, along with ordering of initial laboratory testing.
Follow-Up Visit – $250 (30–40 minutes)
Typically scheduled 2–3 weeks after the initial consultation to review lab results.
This visit may include:
Initiation and prescribing of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
GLP-1 / peptide therapy, if appropriate
Targeted supplement recommendations
Ongoing Hormone Optimization and Peptide Therapy
Therapy is a gradual, individualized process using a “start low and go slow” approach. Multiple dose adjustments are often required, particularly within the first 6 months.
Monitoring & Follow-Up Expectations:
Serum labs are typically obtained ~8 weeks after initiating therapy
Once stabilized, labs are repeated every 6 months
Ongoing follow-up visits are required twice per year to ensure safety, efficacy, and appropriate adjustments
These visits also include prescription refills and lab ordering.
